HBF Annual Supporters Make a Difference

Each year HBF Annual Supporters make a commitment to help those with disabilities right here in our home towns.

As a Diamond Sponsor, Alpine Lumber sits at the top of an exclusive list of company’s dedicated to building independence and elevating lives. Alpine Lumber is an employee-owned local building material supplier which was founded in 1963.  Alpine operates 17 lumberyards, 3 truss shops, 3 millworks shops and 2 reloads across Colorado and northern New Mexico.  At Alpine Lumber, pride of ownership extends beyond relationships with customers to philanthropic support in all the communities we serve.

Alpine was involved in the formation of HBF and since that time various employees have continuously maintained a board seat.  In addition to Alpine’s 2020 Annual Supporter status, employee-owners have contributed to many committees, donated materials and supported projects with volunteer labor. The HBF is a prime example of their commitment to giving back.

When asked, President Hamid Taha recalls,

“The recent 25th Anniversary Celebration showcased just how far HBF has come.  It was amazing to see the many recipients the HBF has served over the past 25 years.  The event brought builders, suppliers and distributors together to acknowledge our collective impact in our communities.”

HBF Annual Supporters enjoy high visibility within our network of supporters. Contact Lauren Knudsen about becoming an Annual Supporter and/or other opportunities that may be available for the remainder of 2020!
