Launched in 2021, this clay shooting event features a lively pancake breakfast, thrilling clay shooting, and exciting raffle prizes. Whether you’re a seasoned sharpshooter or just looking for a great time, your participation helps make a difference. We can’t wait to see you there – let’s elevate lives together!

Paralympic medalist, researcher, and disability advocate Anjali Forber-Pratt has spent her life breaking barriers on and off the track. After moving to Colorado, she quickly found a strong sense of community, but her new home presented physical barriers that made daily life difficult. As a wheelchair user, steep thresholds, unsafe stairs, and a bathroom she couldn’t access safely made her home feel anything but welcoming.

That changed when Anjali connected with Home Builders Foundation through one of our Community Partners. “I’ve lived in many cities,” she shared, “and never have I had an option like HBF before. I feel so thankful to have this here in Denver.”

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, HBF worked with Anjali to make meaningful modifications to her home, including a roll-in shower, a ramp with sturdy handrails, and threshold adjustments at key entrances. “Getting in and out—especially with groceries—is so much easier now,” she said. “And I feel extremely safe and comfortable in my new shower.”
