HBF is proud to announce Eric Marr, Alpine Lumber Front Range District Manager, will be joining our Board of Directors in 2023. About four years ago, Eric began volunteering as part of the long-standing relationship between HBF and Alpine Lumber. One of the most fulfilling duties Eric fills is attending site visits with Brian.
When Eric is not working, he enjoys hunting and fishing. He has made several trips to Homer and Seward (Alaska) to seek adventures there. On one fishing trip, Eric even met country singer Luke Combs on a dock in Key West. Eric is an OG country fan! He attended the Garth Brooks stadium tour at Invesco Field in 2019. He told us that was one of his favorite concerts.
Growing up Eric wanted to be a hobo or a millionaire – so far it can be said that he is still working toward both goals! He also wanted to completed change identities and be Mexican! Sorry Eric, it doesn’t work that way. Eric’s favorite holiday is Christmas. His favorite pro-football team is the Broncos and he has loved the Colorado Avalanche since before their first Stanley Cup.
Eric is turning 50 in April! Be sure to give him a shout out about that whenever you see him at an HBF event. We asked Eric how he felt about turning 50, and he replied, “I can’t imagine it will be much different than 49!”
