Long Time Supporter – Alpine Lumber Leads the Way!

Alpine Lumber and HBF have a long and storied relationship dating back to when the foundation was formed. Since that time Alpine Lumber has supported HBF at a consistently high level. It is with great honor and pride that we recognize Alpine Lumber as a 2021 Diamond Level Annual Supporter.

HBF Annual Supporters enjoy high visibility within our network of donors. As a Diamond Sponsor, Alpine Lumber sits at the top of an exclusive list of company’s dedicated to building independence and elevating lives. Since the beginning, various employees have continuously maintained a board seat and employee-owners have contributed to many committees, donated materials and supported projects with volunteer labor.

In a past year filled with many changes and struggles it would have been easy to focus on personal well-being, but not for our friends at Alpine Lumber. When asked, “How did Supporting the HBF through COVID benefit your company and employees?” Rob Scott, Retail Purchasing Manager replied, “Supporting the HBF during COVID opened our eyes to the fact that even though we are in a pandemic and may have our own personal hurdles, our friends and neighbors need our help even more.” In fact, the Alpine team is already signed up and looking forward to the 2021 Blitz Build.

Alpine Lumber is an employee-owned local building material supplier which was founded in 1963.  Alpine operates 18 lumberyards, 3 truss shops, 3 millworks shops and 2 reloads across Colorado and northern New Mexico.  New additions this year include a FastFrame Walls panel shop in Denver and a brand-new full-service retail lumber yard in Silverthorne, CO. At Alpine Lumber, pride of ownership extends beyond relationships with customers to philanthropic support. Alpine Lumber continues their commitment to the communities they serve by providing hope, happiness, and comfort to individuals and families who need it most. The HBF is a prime example of their commitment to giving back.

HBF is a fantastic avenue to get involved in your communities, along-side your peers, helping provide an elevated living experience for others. Contact Lauren Knudsen about becoming an Annual Supporter and/or other opportunities that may be available for the remainder of 2021!
