The New Year is a time to reflect on the past and celebrate the upcoming year. 2021 was a year filled with hope and persistence. The year taught us to be flexible and diligent and it really proved the spirit behind the HBF. HBF Community Development Director, Lauren K. is “So proud of the many work items that we were able to accomplish this year, despite the many worldwide challenges. We have been able to make life-changing modifications possible for 134 people in Denver. The year would have not been possible without our generous donors and Project Captains!”
HBF Program Director, Brian is delighted, “That despite a crazy year in the building industry and the world, we were able to serve more people this year than in any prior year.” We were also able to introduce a new event, Clays to Elevate Lives and we were finally able to resume our Annual Celebration.
HBF’s annual golf tournament Clubs for a Cause was spectacular, and Blitz Build provided much needed access all across the Metro-Denver area. Throughout the year we were able to, “Continually pivot around the challenges that came up in the market and from Covid, and HBF still managed to positively impact so many clients and their families. I’m looking forward to another great year, together!”, Beth F. Executive Director.
