Natalie D.

Natalie D., an Aurora resident, was referred to the HBF through the National MS Society. Because of MS, Natalie relies on a motorized scooter to get around and was in need of a ramp into her home. She also was requesting grab bars to help her safely access her shower. With the leadership of Russell Burton, from Bella Villa Builders, and a group of volunteers from the Colorado Construction Institute, the HBF was able to install the ramp.

“The volunteers came in bad weather and did a wonderful job. Both the ramp and the handrails are a great help. Thank you.” – Natalie D., 2014 recipient.
