In a competitive and challenging market such as ours it would be easy for builders to focus solely on the bottom line. Many of HBF’s clients need or want modifications that will simply allow them to do the things that others take for granted. Lennar chooses to support HBF projects because they care and want to help. In this, Lennar sets the bar very high indeed. In fact, they have been involved with 16 projects over the past year!

The Past Year
Lennar projects are across the spectrum and include flooring for Janis S., Lemuel R., and Tyler F. (see Tyler 
with his family above, and his new floor to the left) and a stairwell door for Inara F. in Aurora. They have completed six bathroom and shower remodels and numerous ramps, like the one for Joseph P. in Castle Rock. In addition to project completion and annual supporter status, as well as event sponsorships, Lennar employees regularly commit to HBF Board positions. Lennar’s generosity knows no boundaries: geographical, financial or otherwise.
Building homes, friendships and partnerships along the journey is a way for Lennar to make an impact on their employees, neighbors and communities. LENNAR is proud of their continued support of HBF.
