PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.

Enter as much guest info as possible. Guest with email addresses will be sent a link prior to the event allowing them to view the auction and place a card on file, expediting the check-in process.

We recommend you select the option at top of this page to save and resume later.  This allows you to add/edit your guest list, as needed.  Name tags and bidder numbers are assigned approximately 3 days prior to the event. Edits less than 3 days prior to the event will need to be emailed to awurst@hbfdenver.org. 

If you do not know the name of a guest's plus 1, please enter Guest of for First Name and the known guest name for Last Name. Example: First Name = Guest of; Last Name= John Doe 

After Party tickets include a set number of beer pours. These punch cards will be given out at check-in.
