Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Home Builders Foundation’s Blitz Build. Most crew commitments are for one day only, as most projects can be completed in one day. For 2024, we will be offering a 3-day window every month from May-October. This allows us to serve our clients in a timelier manner and gives flexibility to our volunteers. We appreciate your support in our mission to build independence, provide opportunities, and elevate lives for individuals and families with disabilities in our community.

Dates & Crew Application

Due to the popularity of Blitz Build HBF has developed a lottery system to match potential crews with projects. Priority date selection will be given to Blitz Build sponsors; contact Lauren if interested in sponsoring. All crews must also complete the application below. Project and date assignments will be prioritized by the date submitted once all Blitz Build sponsors have been assigned their dates.

Cost

Crews are required to commit to a minimum $500 donation. Your crew can chosose to pay in a number of ways, and HBF can provide fundraising toolsk including a fundraising page.  We encourage ALL crews to promote their day of service by sharing their participation in Blitz Build and fundraising page with their network to maximize their impact.
