Luke Waugh awarded the Anthony J Rechlitz II Outstanding Commitment to Service Award

The HBF recently awarded Luke Waugh, Vice President of Saddleback Design, the Anthony J Rechlitz II Outstanding Commitment to Service Award. This award was created in memory of Tony Rechlitz, one of the men instrumental in forming the HBF. Tony passed away in 2013, and the award was created and first given later that to Mike Tayloe, long-time board member during the end of his 4-year term as HBF Board President. The award, which is reserved for exceptional service above and beyond the call of duty, has only been given out three times: to Mike, Terry Kyger (who served as the Treasurer for HBF for 9 years), and now Luke.

The HBF board staff nominated Luke for the award, for his commitment to the HBF. He personally completes 12-15 bathroom modifications a year, serves on the Executive Committee of the board, and brings corporate support through his employees and partners at Saddleback Design. We are thrilled to welcome Luke into this elite group of award winners and thank you for your service to HBF and our community!
