Inspiration House
2022 INSPIRATION HOUSE
This will be the eighth Inspiration House to be completed since the program’s initiation in 2003. The Inspiration House is a fundraising initiative in which a Denver homebuilder and its trade base collaborate to raise funds through the sale of a newly constructed home. The program begins with a partnering home builder who selects the home project and then works with its trade base to discount and/or donate services and materials to significantly reduce the cost of the home build.
The initiative was started to help raise regular, consistent, and critical funds needed for HBF. Thanks to the help of Inspiration House funds, we can continue to fulfill our mission to build independence and elevate lives. Since the first Inspiration House, HBF has seen a significant rise in demand. Each year more people with long-term physical disabilities are requesting services. We have experienced an increase in the number of projects from 39 home modifications annually to 248 work items for a record-breaking 136 clients in 2022.
We are excited to partner with KB Home and KB Cares for our 2022 Inspiration House. This year KB Cares is going above and beyond the Inspiration House alone by encouraging all of their trade partners, suppliers, and customers to support HBF by donating to our 2022 Inspiration House Campaign.
