This week we celebrate our Community Development Director, Lauren Knudsen. Today is Lauren’s 3-year Anniversary with HBF. The HBF community is blessed to have such a dedicated and caring staff member. Lauren is committed to community outreach. She is the backbone of fundraising and believes strongly in our mission. Lauren knows first hand about mobility issues, as her dad uses a wheelchair for assistance. She understands that everything we do today impacts the future of HBF and our clients.
Lauren is in constant motion. When she is not working tirelessly for HBF clients and supporters, she juggles her two daughters schedules, manages her husbands frequent absences (he’s a firefighter and mortgage lender) and has a rock solid fitness routine. And during her tenure with HBF she finished the Institute of Leaders Development program at Denver University. HBF is fortunate to have Lauren as a big part of the team! Thank you so much for your fun spirit and all the hard work you bring to HBF. Our hats off to you Lauren! Know that we appreciate everything you do.
