CING Blitz Build Project for Stephen M.

The HBF was thrilled to have the CING group back with us this year for another Blitz Build ramp! This year they completed a project for Stephen M. which included a front and back ramp. Stephen now has the ability to independently maneuver his wheelchair to his front and back patio for the first time this year! He is excited to be able go outside independently without having to wait or ask for anyone’s assistance.

The HBF asked Gerry Radetsky with G.P. Radetsky Design Consultant, Inc. why the CING group continues to be involved with the HBF not only with the Blitz Build but also in year-around volunteer support:

“Over the past six years CING (Construction Industry Networking Group) and HBF have formed a tight bond not only in building ramps for the annual Blitz Build, but also other projects helping people with disabilities have more meaningful lives in their homes.  From a complete remodel of a home in Castle Rock to make it totally accessible for Linda Vias, to removing a wall between a living room and family room to make it easier for three year old Grant Bresnan, to maneuver through his day to day life, CING members get great satisfaction in giving back to the community and HBF.”

Thank you CING for your continued partnership with the HBF!
