#facesofhbf – NeuAbility loves sharing the work that HBF does on a daily basis

Each Friday HBF features a person/team here and our on social media! Today we recognize NeuAbility. NeuAbility is a post-acute rehabilitative center located in north Denver. They provide Adaptive Exercise and Integrative Therapies for individuals with paralysis. NeuAbility strives to optimize the level of overall wellness for those impacted by a Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Amputation, Multiple Sclerosis, MD, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, as well as other forms of paralysis through progressive, evidence-based adaptive rehabilitative exercise, integrative therapies and the cultivation of a robust community. NeuAbility is a proud Official Community Partner of HBF.

I know I must push myself, since you never know what you can do if you don’t try. I appreciate my time at NeuAbility and the progress I have made.”

Recognizing that we all work within a small community with lots of components, NeuAbility knows strong partnerships can help individuals living with disabilities, be successful in their daily lives. Through the collaboration of HBF and NeuAbility, we provide a web of support in assisting clients reach success in their goals for independent living.

When asked, “What does “building independence and elevating lives mean to you?” Executive Director, Dr. Jay Seller responded, “The over-arching goal of our work is to encourage independence, which naturally follows through with elevating individuals with their perspectives of their life.” NeuAbility and HBF are a natural fit, sharing the workload on a daily basis.
